Single serving overnight oatmeal
Did you know that 1/2 cup of oatmeal provides 3 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber (Source:www.livingstrong.com)
1/2
cup rolled oats
1/2
cup yogurt (your choice - I use coconut milk)
2/3
cup milk (your choice- I use coconut milk - I was out the day I took this picture)
1
tsp honey
1/4
tsp cinnamon (health properties)
Handful
of craisins (dried fruit of your choice)
Optional:
chopped nuts
Put
all in a wide mouth pint size jar and stir. Place in the refrigerator
overnight.
Eat the next day. I find that I like it cold. Even on a cold day.
