Be on the lookout for Zaycon Foods coming to the Pacific Northwest. This time they are bringing lean (93/7) ground beef. You will need to order it in 40 pound increments. Comes in a 40-lb case with four 10-lb chubs per case. It seems a lot but you could split it with family or friends and this will help cut down the cost.
