Our day began around 11 as we headed first to Starbucks for our coffee fix and then headed towards Seattle Goodwill, but first a detour to Burien. Of course we missed the turn, to busy talking. So she turned around and we finally arrived. This is what I bought:

Stopped for lunch at 5 guys - interesting place. The next stop was Renton. When I got out of the car - I spied this basketball plastic hoop, it's missing the net (but who cares) and it was only $4.99. I knew I had to get it for the grandkids - and it stands at 5' + and extends (haven't figured out to keep it extended - but certainly don't need it yet).

Last stop was of course Tukwila. We were going to be late for dinner at my mom's house, but I also forgot about rush hour traffic on a Friday. I texted my parents to let them we were going to be late. My friend stayed in the car to take a quick nap while I ran into Tukwila Goodwill. I am glad that I did - this is what I found:

I feel that I got my groove back and my sense of bargain hunting back under control - we will see if I make it through this weekend not visiting a Goodwill - good sales on Monday. The Seattle Goodwill is having an exceptional sale - all pink tags will be $.99 and all red tags will be 40% on Monday only. Let me know what you find at the Goodwill if you go.
