Kenz's breakfast smoothie

Kenz spent the night and before taking her to swimming I made her a fruit breakfast smoothie. Her drink included fresh strawberries, a banana,  a handful of frozen blueberries, a few cubes of frozen yogurt and about 1-1/2 cup of milk.

All of this was placed into my Vita-Mix blender and whirled up. I have a hard time making just a cup of smoothie and this was no exception, it made about 24 ounces.

The left over I placed in an ice cube tray to freeze for later use.

She drank it all up. Maybe next time I will try sneaking in some veggies.
