I know that I will be taking part in this Friday's sales. Here is what I will buy. 3 pound of green or red grapes $5.00 (I bought both the green and the red grapes last week and the green were hard and crunchy - Love them! The red grapes which are better for you - more nutrients are in the darker colored fruit - were not as tasty).
In addition, my daughter needs to eat more grass fed meat per her doctor to help keep her hormone level in check and this Friday 1 pound grass fed lean ground beef is only $5.00. Compared to Costco this is a steal (3 - 1 pound grass fed ground beef for $18.36). 2 pound of Tillamook cheese for $5.00 and Florida's Natural Orange Juice 89 oz. for $5.00.
