One of the best children’s consignment sale is coming to the Puyallup Fairgrounds, May 1-4th.
I am a consignor at this sale and
getting ready can be harried, because I wait until the last minute to price my
items. I had to wrestle with my hangers to get them all straightened out before
I could actually place my clothes on them.
One of the problems with waiting until
the last minute to do anything is that sometimes the unexpected pops up. This
time it was using a great stain remover in a blue tub. When I looked down
inside the tub to throw the clothes in the wash, Oh No – the water was blue.
Who would have thought the stain remover would take some of the dye out of the
tub – Not me! So now I am hunting down a clear or white tub to try this over
again with the clothes that turned blue.

Everything has to be priced, hanged and packaged by Tuesday
of next week. That is when I am driving my children’s items to the Puyallup
fairgrounds to have them inspected and then I get to set them up to hopefully
sell, sell and sell.
This is my 4th time of selling at this
consignment sale and every time I wait until the last minute. You would think I
would have learned my lesson by now. But no – I am a born procrastinator.
